CCS was founded in the spring of 2011 with the mission that every homeowner or future homeowner should have as much information as possible to make an informed decision.

We are fully aware that there is a "language" that contractors and "home improvement specialists" speak.  This is often done in order to mystify and confuse homeowners.

In recent years, the over-abundance of "D-I-Y" type television shows have given homeowners a less-than-accurate impression of what a home construction project can be.  Most television shows show you the streamlined, edited version of a construction project.

On the other end of the spectrum we have home inspection reports that are so full of disclaimers and worst case scenarios that it is difficult to pick out the important information that will help you make informed decisions.

Company founder, Julio Fuentes, has 20 years of home renovation experience, including 12 years working on high-end homes in and around Boston.
